Our little dancer

One of Breckyn's favorite things to do is to dance.  We have the cutest dance teacher in our ward and she happens to be the same dance teacher I took from when I was little.  We asked her if it was too early for Breckyn to start because she just turned 2 but she said to have her give it a try.  Today was her first day and I think it is the start of many more fun classes.  She is in love with her little dance outfit and when I got home she wanted to show me all of her dance moves.  It was so sweet.  Here is a little video or her dancing today.  It might be turned sideways but she is too cute to not put it on here anyways.

Dirty Girl

This girl likes to be dirty.  She loves to help water the flowers and usually ends up a little like this. . . okay, not really but she does usually end up pretty wet.  This day she got her crocs stuck in the mud and took a dive into the mud.

Trying to go inside to get cleaned up.

Side view.

So cute, muddy and all.

She likes to push the doorbell before she comes inside.

We love that sweet smile.

"Sis"

Breckyn is talking so much now and she is so funny to listen to.  She loves to be around people and especially family.  Breckyn LOVES her cousins and is always saying "Sis".  This means "Skylar and Sailyr".  She actually says "Sis & Say" but shortens it up with "Sis".  Breckyn also loves her other cousins, Bristol and Madison.  We just went to the Treehouse for the first time this week and the girls loved it.  They have so much fun together.  It is so fun to watch Breckyn play with her cousins.  They are so much fun.  Look at these cute girls. . .

Like mother, like daughter

We LOVE our Oreos.  :) Doesn't she have the CUTEST smile!?
It melts my heart.  Oh, and so does he!
P.S.  Christmas post below!

Christmas 2010

So I am just a LITTLE late with this post but I thought I would do a quick one anyways.  Christmas was so fun this year.  Breckyn was so cute. She still wasn't totally interested in all of her presents but I think it just gets better each year.  On Christmas Eve we all got some sweet pajamas.  (Brady is going to kill me for putting this on the blog, haha)

On Christmas morning we all got up and opened our presents.  Breckyn got lots of fun stuff from Santa this year.  After we finished at our house we headed to my parent's house.  Later that day we went to Brady's parent's house.  We all got lots of fun stuff from all of our family members.  We were all so blessed this year and got some awesome stuff.  We have such a wonderful family and feel so blessed to have them in our lives. Christmas really is my favorite holiday.  It is not just one day for me, I feel like it is its own season.  I just love the feeling I get with the decorations and smells and everything.  This year I was able to go to a church in Pleasant View that had TONS of nativities set up for people to walk through and see.  They were all so beautiful.  It was a beautiful reminder to me of my savior and his sacrifice and how grateful I am for his birth.  I am grateful for Him, for my family, and for the knowledge I have of the gospel.  I think these three things together with the sights, smells, and other festivities make Christmas such a wonderful "season".
Grandma M got Breckyn a cute Christmas tree for her bedroom.

Breckyn LOVED playing with her cousin Bristol on Christmas.

She loved to play with Bristol's hair.

Breckyn's new toys.

Her new jammies.

Brady took Breckyn to pick our her Christmas dress this year.  It is the cutest little tradition for them.  I think he did a great job picking it out.  She looked so adorable in it.

Park City

This past weekend we went to Park City with Brady's family.  We left on Friday morning and came home Monday evening.  We had so much fun while we were there.  We rented a condo up there and it was just perfect (well other than the TV not working)!  The boys got a lot of golfing in and the girls did some serious shopping.  On Friday the girls went to Swiss Days and the guys went golfing.  There were SO many people at Swiss Days and it was super hot.  But, we still managed to have a lot of fun and we got a few cute things and a few cute ideas too.  After we got done with Swiss Days, we met up with the guys and went out for Sushi.  On Saturday the guys went golfing again and the girls went over to the outlets.  There were some good deals and I got a bunch of cute things for Breckyn's birthday.  Later that day we met up with the guys and went out to dinner and came back and just relaxed.  After we got the kids to bed we all sat down for a few friendly games.  We played a new game that Chis and Kerri bought (I can't remember what it is called).  We played girls vs. guys and it was seriously one of the best games I have played in a long time.  We had a lot of laughs and the girls barely lost. ;)  On Sunday we all just hung out in the morning and then we decided to head to the farmer's market.  After the market we went up to the Alpine Slides.  After the slides we headed back to the house and hung out and my mother in law, Patti, made a yummy dinner.  That night we all decided to play the game again and it was even more fun this night!  Luckily for the guys, the girls wanted to be nice so we let them win again. . . . we won't be as nice next time.  On Monday the guys went for another round of golf and the girls went for another round of shopping.  This time it was a little more crazy.  There were a ton of people at the outlets.  We still found some good deals but didn't stay as long.  The girls ended up going out to lunch and then going back to the condo to relax.  It was such a fun trip and Breckyn was such a good girl the whole time.  I always have to much fun with my awesome sister-in-laws, mother-in-law, nieces, and of course B Loo.
Breckyn loves her cousin Skylar.

Aunt Kerri was so sweet and Breckyn had SO much fun with her on our trip.
The boys had a running race in the water.  Jubb whooped on everyone.

Sierra, Sailyr, and Patti.
Brady, Breckyn, Steph, and Dave stayed below while everyone went on the slide.  We all played in the grass.

5K

My sister in law, Sierra, is such a good motivator for me.  I was getting my hair done by her one day and we were talking about getting in shape and I was telling her how I need to get doing something.  She had already run a 5K and she said that we should run one together.  I agreed and so we signed up for the Ogden Marathon 5K.  After we signed up I started to worry.  I was (and still am) REALLY out of shape.  I started to run every day. Luckily I had Brady and my little sister pushing me along the way to keep practicing.  I was able to "train" for about 2 weeks.  Last Saturday was the big day.  My little sister, Karlee, ended up running it with us too.  It was so fun to be there with Sierra and Karlee.  They are much faster than me but I was able to stay with them for maybe 1 mile.  Then they were off.  I kept a pretty good pace and I am happy to say that I was able to finish the race (I was really worried I wouldn't make it, ha!).  It is kind of funny because I never thought I would say this but I think I will do another one.  It is almost like I am addicted now.  Not really to running but to go faster.  So, anyways, I am just proud that I was able to do it.  Thanks Sierra for getting me signed up and motivated to do something.  Love ya!

Here we are after the race. . . Karlee, me, Sierra.

Are you a Twilight fan???

I just recently found this blog that I just LOVE!  It is called Regarding Annie.  Annie is such a great writer!  Every single post that I have read has made me laugh!  Anyways, she made some Twilight t-shirts and they didn't sale the way she had hoped they would.  So, she is selling them for $7 now to try and get rid of them.  I am not a huge fan of Twilight (havne't read any of the books) but I thought maybe some of you are or maybe you know someone that is.  Either way, if you would like a good laugh go check out her blog here.

DWWYYAAANNEE WWWAADDDEE

Most of you know that I love me some Dwyane Wade! Mmmm hmmm.  Well, Brady knew that I wanted to go see him play the Jazz this year so he got us some sweet tickets for the game a couple weeks ago.  I was SO excited!  It was so fun to go on a little date with Brady.  It was sad to leave Breckyn but she had plenty of fun with grandma and grandpa.
We headed down to the game, got us some Crown Burger and then went to see my third love (ha).  I must admit, Brady and I were really disappointed by the game.  D-dub (that is what I call him) got "hurt" in the first half and didn't really play a ton after that.  I am used to watching D-dub do all kinds of sweet moves and make all kinds of awesome shots.  But, he didn't really do anything during the game.  The only time he did something "cool" I wasn't watching.  But, the Jazz whooped up on them, I did get to see my D-dub, and I had a fun time with my sweet hubby.  So, overall it was a fun night!

*I had to put a picture of D-dub with LBJ because I like LBJ almost as much as D-dub. :)

Oh baby!

On Monday we went up to Park City with some of Brady's family. The boys went and played golf and the girls went shopping. I got some really cute clothes for our baby! It was so much fun! I was so excited about the clothes that I had to take pictures to show them off.

Today we went to the doctor for our last ultrasound to make sure our baby was in the right position and ready to go. The doctor started the ultrasound and immediately found some bad news. She is "transverse" or sideways in my belly. We go back on Monday to see if she will move to head down by then. If she isn't turned by then the doctor will have to try and turn her. Brady and I felt really calm when she told us this today, even though this means that I might have to have a C-section. I am sure everything will go just fine no matter what. So, we will just hope that our little sweetheart will turn by Monday or that the doctor will be able to help her move to the correct position. But, we will see. So, if you remember, say a little prayer for our baby to MOVE (head down, that is). Other than that news, things are going well. Another update to come on Monday! Here is a picture of my prego belly (and face) today!
