Okay, I need help. It is time to get a new cell phone. Brady and I have had our cell phones for two years and now we are ready to upgrade. I have been looking at phones and I am stuck. I really like the new touch screen technology but I am a little nervous about it. Because I have two jobs I need a planner really bad. I want a good calendar on my phone so I can keep track of appointments and other work things I have, along with just normal things in my life that I need to do. I THINK I have decided to get either the Samsung Behold or the Blackberry Pearl 8120. The Samsung Behold is a total touch screen phone. I tried it out for a couple minutes at the T-Mobile store and it seemed to be good. I wasn't totally convinced by the calendar but it wasn't bad. But, I REALLY liked the touch screen and it has a 5 mega pixel camera. The Blackberry Pearl 8120 has a really good calendar but doesn't have the neat touch screen. I was sure that I was going to get the Samsung but then I got nervous about the screen. I am very confident in the Blackberry to be a good phone. But, all of my Samsung phones have been good too. So, I NEED HELP FROM YOU! Have any of you had a touch screen phone or heard anything about these? What about the Blackberry? If any of you have one, do you think I should get one? Please, I am a horrible decision maker. I need to hear some opinions. Even if I don't really know you but you read this, let me know your opinion! Thanks for the help!

well, i might not have a great opinion...but ben has the pearl and i have the iphone. so kind of the difference you're debating between. he really likes the pearl, it has great "business" stuff but he is still jealous of the iphone touch screen. it's totally sweet. i didn't know if i'd like it but i LOVE it. ben tells me all the time that he wishes he could have an iphone (he can't because of his work email).
anyway, my vote is the touch screen. it's just so fun and easy and the iphone has a really good calendar, so i'm assuming that one would too...

Nick says that the top one is sick...You can't go wrong with having a 5 megapixel camera and a touch screen. Go all the way. I have the bottom one and love it but if I had an upgrade I would choose the top.

I want the Samsung so bad....so you need to get that one so you can tell me if its good or not:-D On the other hand I always hear GREAT reviews on the Black Berry Pearls! Tough decision but I would for sure choose the Samsung! I have owned like 3 Samsungs and they are the best!
Well I think I can help you out a little bit on this one.. I just got the Samsung Behold on Thanksgiving, and my husband has the Blackberry Pearl.. Now for me.. I LOVE the behold phone, mainly because of the touch screen and fun features.. I do not use the calendar at all, so I can t help you out on that.. And my husband LOVES his blackberry as well! I think either phone is a good choice.. They seem to both be really good and really sturdy.

John has the pearl and loves it!! He uses it non-stop for email for work but the other one looks pretty sweet too! I was going to comment on your last post about stake conference but I have been so busy. That really would be my absolute nightmare, sounds like you handled it well though!
