Brady and I had such a nice Easter. Brady did have to work all day but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. He got up and went to work and I got up and went to my parents house for breakfast and a quick Easter egg hunt. Then I ran over to Brady's work to go to his church that they have for the patients there. It was fun because I got to spend a little time with my sweet Brady. Then I went home and went to our ward to teach primary. After that I left to go to my mom's house to make cookies for a baby blessing. This was the funniest part of the day. I started out making the wrong recipe so we just used what was in there and tripled the real recipe so the yummy recipe would work. Then, whoops, my mom tripled the already doubled amount of SALT! It was so funny! So, we ended up making a 6x batch of chocolate chip cookies. After we baked them we were off to the baby blessing. It was for my best friend Laurel's baby, Paisley. She looked SO beautiful (as usual) and Brady (her daddy) did such a wonderful job blessing her. It was a wonderful blessing! My Brady was able to take a lunch and come to the blessing and to their house after church. Laurel has such a wonderful family and they are all so sweet! I am glad that I am able to know them, they really are a WONDERFUL family!
After Laurel's house, we went to my parent's house for dinner and another Easter egg hunt. Seriously, my mom LOVES Easter egg hunts! She loves hiding the eggs! She hid like 300 eggs! She is a maniac! Anyways, it was a really fun night! Oh, I have to add this so we can look back next year a know the TRUTH! Tyler, my little brother won the first Easter egg hunt by about 10-15. I won the 2nd one by 10-15! Anyways, I am really grateful for Easter. Not just because it is so much fun, but because I get to learn about and remember my savior. I am so glad I can be with my family for eternity! I love them all so much! I know that would not be possible without my savior! I am just so glad that I can repent for the many things I do wrong so that I can eventually see him again and thank him for what he did for me. I love the savior and I love you all that read this. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter like I did!
This is SOME of the candy we got from the Easter egg hunts!
Jubb and Kylie brought over some cute Easter houses that we made! It was SO much fun! I think they turned out really cute!
Thanks Jubb and Kylie!
