Breckyn had her 4 month appointment this past week. She was such a good girl. She had to get two shots and she just cried for a minute or two. Here are her stats:
Length: 24 in. (40%)
Weight: 12.12 lbs (25%)
Head: 40 1/2 cm (30%)
She is such a tiny little thing but it still seems like she is getting so big!
The reason why the post title is doctor appointment(s) is because I thought I would share my doctor appointment story. I went to the doctor last week because I had been feeling yucky for a while and my ears were just so stuffed up that I felt like I couldn't hear (still feel like I can't hear)...... Those of you who know me really well know that I am shy when I first meet people and that when I get nervous or upset I get REALLY red and I get a rash. Anyways, I hadn't been to the doctor for a LONG time so I was a little nervous to go all by myself (lame, I know but that is just me). When I got in there the doctor asked me what was going on and I started to tell him. I got all nervous and embarrassed and of course, bright red! After I told him he was checking my breathing and he saw the rash on my skin. He said "how long have you had that rash?" Then I said, "oh, I don't know... I am just hot". He said, "Well, that may be a strep rash so we better check for strep". Well, I knew if wasn't that but I didn't tell him that I got that rash really easily. So he did the test and it came back negative. When I told Brady later that night he was teasing me that I must have been "all hot and bothered" (yeah right!). What did I learn from this story??? Wear a long sleeve turtle neck next time I go to the doctor. . . pathetic. Does anyone else get these annoying rashes? Anyways, Brady and my family got a kick out of it. Well, Brady wasn't very happy that we have to pay for the strep test when I could have just explained, ha ha. Oh well!

That was brady now this is laurel. Ignore him we love you and you are awesome! Happy valentines day hope you and brady have a good day! We haven't talked in too long. Sorry you have been sick, but that is really funny about the rash. Breckyn is getting big how fun! Love the picture!

That is so funny about your apt! Breckyn is getting so big, she looks so chubby to me but it must be her adorable little cheeks! That is how Noah is too, comes in pretty low with his % in weight but those cheeks can fool you!
Steph, you are so funny. I too HATE going to the doctor alone. If Chris can't go with me I take my mom. I think that is pretty pathetic myself. Next time let me know and I will go with you! Love ya!
