Breckyn is so much fun these days. . . okay she always has been really. She is so active and so happy. One of her favorite things to do is to dance. It doesn't matter what music is on, she will break out dancing and spinning. We have tried to capture a few of her moves but usually by the time we are done dancing with her or cheering her on we miss most of it.
***Breckyn is doing fine now but I had already written this post a while ago. I really like our blog as a journal for our family so I thought I would post anyways.***
Breckyn loved to watch the show Live to Dance (Paula Abdul's show). We watched it at the first, mostly because Breckyn loved to watch the dances and she loved to dance right along. One night we were watching the show and I was cleaning the floors and Brady was making a little dinner. Breckyn was up on the counter watching and dancing to Live to Dance. She was up there because I was using the steamer on the floors. Anyways, to make a long story short, Breckyn put her whole hand down on the griddle and burned her hand really bad. We took her to the doctor that night and they wrapped it all up. The next day we took her to her pediatrician and he had us take her down to the U of U Burn Unit. She had serious second degree burns all over her poor little hand and finger tips. It was so sad to see her hurting but she healed up amazingly. We only had to go to the Burn Unit two times and they were amazed that she healed up so quickly and so well. We are still stretching her hand and keeping it moist with lotion but other than that she is all better!
Isn't she so sweet!? She was so good the whole time she had this on. She is an angel.

I am so glad she is all healed, poor little girl. It is so sad when accidents happen and yet kids are so resilient, thank goodness!
