This past Saturday we were able to go pick my little brother up from the airport from his mission. He went to South Korea. We are so excited to have him back! He is such a wonderful brother! We all headed down there to SLC with our posters and all. It was fun to see how he has changed. The funniest change is his voice. He talks with a little Asian accent! It is hilarious! The only thing that he could say to me and my sister, Jen is "oh my gosh, you guys are fat!". He is still a brother, right!? Anyways, I think that he looks skinny and that he doesn't look a lot older than when he left. But, when he talks, you can tell that he has grown up so much from when he left! We are glad he is back and are proud of him for being such a wonderful missionary! What a wonderful example for us!
Sunday he talked in sacrament and did a wonderful job! It is funny to hear him talk in Korean. But, it really shows how missionaries have the gift of tongues! We love you Marc! Welcome Home!
Here are some pictures from when he came home....
Here he comes!!!
Mom and Karlee racing for the first hug!
My dad was crying more than my mom! He is so proud, it is cute!
Here he is!!! Elder Mitton...
Elder Mitton and some of the other missionaries that left with him.
This was HILARIOUS! If you don't feel awkward looking at it, I am sure you can at least imagine how weird it was for both of them... so cute!
The Kirts sign... in the picture above with the missionaries, Elder Krall is right next to Elder Mitton. They went out together and came home together. It was kind of cool!

YAY! I am so happy for your family that he is home! Looking at the picture of his girlfriend and him made me feel awkward! : ) Sounds like things are already a lot more comfortable though.
thats so cool that he went to korea!!! ask him about yummy kimchi hahah, but chase went to korea on his misson to and so thats what i had to get use to is the kimchi!! so i love the pic of chantel and him that had to be awkward for both of them!!
So sorry we couldn't be at the welcome home talk. Can't wait to hear him talk in another ward. Let us know where he speaks in July, ok? Glad he is home and doing well. Todd Schroeder told me how funny the accent is. He said it was the funniest welcome home talk ever. Love you Steph! Hope you are feeling a little better. Do you wonder if the nausea will ever end? Take care!
That seems SO crazy to me! I just think of him as a little to sneak into your room while we were playing. I guess I'm old:(
Hey Steph! It is so fun your brother came home! I sent you an email with my address. See ya soon!
